- Unique SKUs Sold: The total number of unique SKUs that had at least one sold item within the period.
- # of Sold SKU Items: The total number of all sold SKU items within the period.
- Sales Value Before Discount (EUR): The total sales value of all sold SKU items before any discounts.
- User Discount Value (EUR): The total discount value for sold SKU items.
- Total COGS for Sold Items (EUR): The total cost of purchase of all sold SKU items from the suppliers.
- Waste, # of Items: The total number of SKU items written off due to expiration.
